Group Managing Director
Simon has been involved in the construction industry for some 20 plus years having worked in both the public and private sectors. He is responsible for project development and cost control, Simon is a qualified project manager with a background in building surveying.
In a previous life, Simon developed fast track projects for Merlin Entertainments Group, before founding Saturn, Here he has been able to explore his conviction that taking a holistic approach to project management and delivering a high quality, cost effective end result are inextricably linked.
As a qualified project manager, he has a background in building surveying, and has spent two decades working in construction in both the public and private sectors. He’s ultimately responsible for project development and cost control.
Mike understands the supply chain for the development of theme parks like nobody else. He has great contacts within the international and highly diverse ride industry, and an encyclopaedic knowledge of the varying needs of all the different specialist contractors we work with, enabling us to complete projects on time and within budget.
Mike is a highly experienced construction and project manager, with well practiced AutoCAD skills, having been involved in the design, construction and installation of new projects, rides and theming across the globe.

Andrew is good at getting straight to the heart of what a client needs, and, armed with that understanding, developing strategies and methods of working that underpin fundamental business drivers. He gets under the skin of brand image and concept, and works within established parameters to create a vision and a direction that’s both exciting and viable.
He trained initially as a chartered architect, and has a 35 year background in the corporate, government, leisure and retail sectors.
Andrew is primarily responsible for designing concepts and developing strategies.
Ian’s 25 year career in leisure has encompassed a stint at RMC plc at Thorpe Park, Surrey, developing major rides including Rapid River Canyon, Flume, Steel Coaster, and indoor track rides as well as a myriad of children’s rides and other activities essential to the success of a family theme park; Sea Life Centres with Vardon PLC; and eventually a period as operations director with Merlin Entertainments Group.
His extensive multi site experience across two major brands, Sea Life Centres and The Dungeons, gave Ian experience of handling several new projects each year, often running concurrently and within very tight parameters, while simultaneously managing a multi million pound investment budget.
Having run Cromer Pier for seven years, Ian joined the Saturn team to head the operations division.
